If a StudyStore pack is not right for you, we will refund it. No questions asked.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain.

How to request

Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout (or your order number). Refunds are issued by StudyStore through Polar, our merchant of record. Contact: [email protected]

What happens next

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days. Please stop using the files after a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
